Size Guide

It is important to follow the size guide below for a more accurate measurement to ensure they will fit correctly.

Please note, the following size guides are a general guide for Little Blue Lamb shoes.  They are usually slightly bigger than standard UK sizes and you may need to order a smaller size than your child's normal shoe size.

Little Blue Lamb only state the length measurements of their shoes and advise they are a standard WIDE FIT for comfort allowing the toes to spread evenly.  If your child has very narrow feet we would recommend you get in touch and we can provide you with an approximate width before purchasing.

Measuring your child's feet:

1. Have your child stand on a piece of A4 paper with bare feet.  For younger babies, it may be easier to measure their feet whilst asleep.

2. Mark at the tip of the big toe and where the heel ends

3. Measure the width between the two marks (with cm / mm ruler)

4. Please add a minimum of 5mm and up to a maximum of 1.0cm to your measurement for the toes to move comfortably with socks or tights and also to allow for some growth.

5. Please measure both feet as one may be slightly longer (by mm) than the other. If this is the case, always purchase the bigger size.

e.g. Your measured length = 132mm The next size up 4 / 21 SHOE LENGTH 134mm would be too small as it would only allow 2mm for toes to move etc. Order size 5 / 22 SHOE LENGTH 140mm allowing 8mm for growth / movement etc.

e.g. Your measured length = 157mm Size 8 / 25 SHOE LENGTH 158mm would be too small as it would only allow 1mm for toes to move etc. Order size 9 / 26 SHOE LENGTH 166mm allowing 9mm for growth / movement etc.

e.g. Your measured length = 11.8cm The length is between 11.5cm and 12.0cm which will allow 0.7cm for toes to move.  Please order Size 12-18 months.
