- Q. Are Little Blue Lamb shoes safe for my child?
- A.
Yes, our shoes are completely safe and comply with the strictest EU / European and US safety standards. Only premium quality, non-toxic products are used and they are also environmentally friendly! - Q. How do Squeaky Shoes work?
- A.
There is a valve inside the heel of the shoes and with each correct heel to toe movement, the shoes emit a squeaky sound.
- Q. Why choose Squeaky Shoes?
- A.
Squeaky Shoes are beneficial for new walkers and encourage the correct walking technique. Children love them and parents will have peace of mind knowing where their child is when they are on the move and out of sight. The shoes can be 'squeaky' or 'non squeaky' - the choice is yours!
- Q. How do I stop the squeaky noise?
- A.
Going somewhere quiet? Each pair of Squeaky Shoes will be supplied with a small, clear plastic bag containing a set of non-squeak valves. The valves can replace the squeaky valves in the heel whenever required.

Delivery
- Q. How quickly will I receive my shoes?
- A.
Your shoes will be posted as soon as cleared payment has been received. We will post the items via Royal Mail 1st class post for UK customers and Airmail for all other countries. If you live in the UK and require guranteed next day delivery, please get in touch and we can arrange to send the parcel via Special Delivery (at an additional cost). Full details of our postage charges are available on the DELIVERY / RETURNS page of our website.
Ordering
- Q. How do I order shoes from Toddle & Squeak?
- A.
If you would like to place an order through our website, please visit the SIZE GUIDE page first to accurately measure your child’s feet. Once you know the correct size to order, browse our Online Shop to choose from the various styles. You will then be able to select the correct size or sizes and proceed to checkout for payment. If the shoes are not in stock, please send an email to info@toddle-squeak.com and we will let you know the date the shoes are expected to arrive. We will reserve the style and size you need and contact you as soon as they are in stock.
Payment
- Q. How can I pay for my shoes?
- A.
We accept payment through the following as payment: Credit / Debit cards through Paypal, (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo), personal cheque or postal order. Please note, you don’t need to have a Paypal account to make a credit card payment. If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, please get in touch to arrange where to send the payment. The shoes will be posted to you 1st class upon cleared payment. We also accept cash on collection - please contact us to reserve your shoes and make arrangements for collection.
Postage
- Q. What are your shipping charges?
- A.
Postage rates quoted below are for 1 pair of boxed shoes sent via Royal Mail 1st class post or Airmail if sent overseas. Collection from Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, UK, Please contact us to make arrangements for collection. Squeaky Shoes and Toddler Shoes UK £2.65 EU/Europe £3.25 Republic of Ireland £2.95 Rest of the World £5.00 Soft Sole Baby Shoes UK £2.15 Republic of Ireland £2.25 Rest of the World £3.50 Save on postage....We will combine shipping costs for 2 or more pairs of shoes ordered. Only £1 postage within UK for each additional pair of shoes ordered!

Returns / Exchanges
- Q. Can I return my shoes if they are not suitable?
- A.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if there is a problem with your shoes please contact us within 7days of receipt. Sizing
- Q. How do I know the correct Size to order?
- A.
We would always recommend you follow the Size Guide before purchasing your shoes. Little Blue Lamb shoes are bigger than standard UK sizes so you may need to purchase a smaller size than your child’s usual shoe size. If you need any help with the measurements, please get in touch.
