Delivery and Returns
When you have made your payment, we will always post your shoes as soon as possible and we hope you are happy with your purchase. If there are any problems relating to delivery or returns, please refer to the following information.
Delivery
Postage rates quoted below are for 1 pair of boxed Little Blue Lamb shoes sent via Royal Mail 1st class post or Airmail if sent overseas. Collection is free of charge from Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, UK. Please contact us to make suitable arrangements for collection.

Want to save on postage? We will combine shipping rates for 2 or more pairs of shoes purchased through our website.
Squeaky Shoes:Only £1 per additional pair of shoes ordered within the UK, £2 for EU / Europe, and £3 for all other areas!
Soft Sole Baby Shoes: Only £1 per additional pair of shoes ordered within the UK, £1.50 for EU / Europe, and £3 for all other areas!
Please note a maximum of 3 pairs of shoes can be sent in the same parcel due to the maximum value for compensation claims for missing or damaged parcels.
Need your shoes in a hurry? We can send you shoes via Special Delivery (UK only) for guaranteed next day delivery. Royal Mail charge for this service. If you would like to arrange next day delivery, please get in touch for postage costs.
Returns Policy
If your shoes are not suitable, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund for shoes returned in the same condition they were sent. Please note, refunds will be issued minus postage charges unless the item is faulty and a full refund will be given. Please read below for full details on our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and let us know the problem. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will try and reserve a smaller size for you. The shoes must be returned the address on your invoice within 7days of contacting us regarding the return and they need to be sent to the address on your invoice. We ask that you obtain a certificate of posting (this is free from the Post Office) as this will insure the shoes against loss or damage whilst in the post. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shoes that do not arrive or are damaged unless you have the certificate of posting.
Exchanges will incur additional postage charges: If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or design, we will send you a Paypal request for payment of the additional postage charges for the exchanged item. Once this has been paid and we have received the original pair of shoes, we can post the replacement to you.
Refunds
If you would like a refund for your shoes, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know the reason for return. The shoes should be returned to the address on your invoice and a certificate of posting needs to be obtained from your Post Office. As soon as the shoes have arrived, we will issue a refund (minus any postage charges) to your Paypal account.
Faulty shoes All shoes are checked prior to posting, however, if in the unlikely event your shoes are faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Occasionally, we may ask you for some photo's to be email to us so we can contact Little Blue Lamb direct for their opinion on the faulty shoes. Once you have contacted us, you will need to return the shoes within 7days to the address on your invoice and obtain a certificate of posting (this is free from the Post Office). We will refund your return postage costs up to the value of Royal Mail 1st class post. We will always try to offer a replacement pair of shoes and if available will post them free of charge in exchange for the faulty pair. If you decide you would prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund of your original payment once we receive the faulty shoes.
